The first Flower Ceremony was held in Prague, in June 1923, led by Rev. Norbert Čapek. For decades, this beloved tradition and its powerful history have provided meaning to hundreds of UU congregations, including Westwood. Join us this Sunday to celebrate the beginnings and story of this beloved ritual in words, music, and, of course, flowers!

If possible, bring a flower —from a garden, a field, or the roadside.

Musician: Rebecca Patterson

Lay Leader: Brenda Jackson
